Joseph “Joe” Fahrendorf is an attorney with Fahrendorf, Viloria, Oliphant & Oster L.L.P. Mr. Fahrendorf concentrates on representing individuals concerning criminal defense, DUI defense, personal injury, real estate, civil litigation, contract negotiations and sports law.
Mr. Fahrendorf practiced in Florida from 2012 through 2015 before returning home to Nevada. While in Florida, Mr. Fahrendorf worked primarily in an insurance defense firm. Mr. Fahrendorf advanced to become a Senior Associate, and, in that capacity, with the exception of the managing partner, was the firm’s primary negotiator. Additionally, he handled depositions and court appearances.
Mr. Fahrendorf graduated with Magna Cum Laude distinction from Nova Southeastern University where he was an Articles Editor for Nova Law Review. Mr. Fahrendorf was also a Teams Coordinator and Advocate for the Nova Trial Association helping mentor younger law students in trial advocacy.
Mr. Fahrendorf graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Miami in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Administration where he achieved the #1 class rank in the major.
Upon graduating from college, Mr. Fahrendorf worked several years for the Miami Dolphins. While attending law school, Mr. Fahrendorf created and founded the NFL’s and Miami Dolphins Beyond the Game program where NFL players and law students speak at high school assemblies and help educate young student-athletes on how off-the-field issues can affect their academic and athletic careers. Mr. Fahrendorf continues his involvement with this program and serves as an Alumni Advisor. At the time of its inception, this program was the first and only program officially sanctioned by an NFL franchise in association with a law school for the purpose of community relations.
Mr. Fahrendorf is licensed to practice in all courts in the states of Nevada, California and Florida.
