Chef Mark Estee, managing partner of Sasso Concepts which includes: Liberty Food & Wine Exchange, chez louie inside of the Nevada Museum of Art, The Union in Carson City, Overland Restaurant & Pub, and Cucino Lupo in Carson City – and managing partner at Campo Mammoth.

Food and Drinks: Ingredient list and ingredients may be picked up at Liberty Food & Wine Exchange (date & time TBD) – as well as you will be able to pick up wine(s) from here to pair with the dish. We will be making a Mosaic Salad and Farmer’s Risotto! Cost for these is TBD at this juncture.

Location: Your own kitchen! This is a virtual event. We will provide a Zoom link closer to the date to those that register.
