Vick Wowo is an Operations Key Account Manager for Microsoft in Reno, NV. In this role he is responsible for enabling Microsoft’s top partners as they transform to the Cloud. As an OKAM, Vick manages the engagement at the executive level between partners and Microsoft. Throughout the year, to keep Microsoft executives aligned with Partner Cloud maturity and growth strategies, Vick helps the Reno Microsoft team run key events (Summit, Inspire, Partner events…). Vick has been internationally recognized by Connect Association as a 40 under 40 award recipient, and in October 2017 was recognized as a Rising Star by the NAACP Reno Sparks Chapter. In addition serving on the Reno Tahoe YPN Board, Vick currently serves as a Board of Director for Governor Sandoval's Workforce Development, The Chamber of Commerce Reno-Sparks, the University of Nevada, Reno Alumni Council, the Nevada Young Alumni Chapter and the Reno Tahoe Airport Authority’s Community Outreach Committee and formerly on the College of Business Alumni Association. In July of 2017, Vick was appointed as the first millennial to serve on the Board of Directors for the Reno Sparks Convention and Visitors Authority (RSCVA).

Johnny Skowronek runs Squre 1 Solutions with his family as the Vice President of Operations. Square 1 Solutions is a direct placement and temporary staffing company owned and operated by the Skowronek family since 2009. Square 1 Solutions specializes in placing employees for their clients in a wide variety of employment situations ranging from temporary and full time assignments for construction, production, manufacturing and distribution staff all the way up to the direct placement of managerial, technical and executive employees. Mr. Skowronek manages the sales, marketing, employee pre-screening and selection for Square 1 Solutions. He has also sold over $20 million dollars of staffing services in the Reno area. Brian Cassidy is President/CEO of Junk King Reno, and Junk King Franchise System. Born and raised in Southern California and an alumni of University of Southern California (USC), Brian moved to Reno in February 2014. Since moving to Reno, Brian has entrenched himself in the Reno/Sparks business community and YPN Board of Directors. As Past President of YPN, Brian worked to take YPN to the next level. His motto as President was: “Bigger and Better.” Brian is also part of the Boys and Girls Club of Truckee Meadows Young Leadership Committee (YLC), board member of the Northern Nevada USC Alumni Association, board member for The Chamber of Commerce of Reno/Sparks, board member of Friends of Big Brothers Big Sister Donation Center and board member of Builders Association Charity (BAC). In his down time, you can find Brian spending time with his wife, Andrea, their son, Harrison, and their boxer dog, Brutus. His other passions are golf, USC football and the great outdoors of Reno/Tahoe area.

Eric Scheetz is a founding member our YPN and received the 20 Under 40 award in 2013. Professionally he is the Construction Engineering Manager for the Truckee River Flood Management Authority. He has been a Professional Engineer since 2004 and is proud of the construction and design projects he has been a part of including: LAX, the LA Cathedral, the California High Speed Rail, Port of LA and Long Beach intermodal terminals, and locally ReTRAC as well as some water clarity projects at Tahoe. 3) Eric helps with / is the/ has been: Immediate Past President and current Scholarship Chair of the USC alumni club for our region, Reno Active 20-30 helping kids get Back to school clothes and Christmas/ Winter clothes. Appointed to numerous County Advisory Boards to help with community planning. Government Affairs chair for ASCE (American Society of Civil Engineers), volunteers for elementary school outreach to get kids involved in math and sciences. Education Alliance Board Member which helps garner support from local businesses for our schools. 2008 class of Leadership Reno Sparks, etc.

Audrey Quint is an Insurance Specialist for American Family Insurance with extensive knowledge of and experience with a variety of different products, but has a penchant for commercial lines of insurance. Audrey began with American Family after leaving her long time career in event planning.  Her passion for insurance spouted when she held a corporate sales management position for AmFam’s Northern Nevada corporate office which then led to her acquiring a sales position. Danielle serves on the Marketing Commitee as well as the Twenty Under 40 Planning Committee. Danielel started in the hospitality industry as a hostess when she was 15 and has not ventured far since that time. She has always enjoyed the action, advance in the industry, the smiles events bring to the lives of those we are serving, and the endless possibilities. Danielle earned her Bachelor of Art in Fine Arts degree from University of California Santa Cruz while working as the Assistant to the Event Manager for the Shadowbrook Restaurant in Capitola before moving up to South Lake Tahoe where her event coordinating and planning career really took off. She worked for Aramark in Lake Tahoe, Zephyr Cove Resort & Lake Tahoe Cruises for 7.5 years; which had to be some of the hardest work, but greatest learning-positions one will ever know. Danielle then chose to leave a great career with Aramark to move down to Reno to be with her now fiancé. She started in Reno at Circus Circus in 2015 when they were merging with Eldorado properties and made the move over to the Siena Hotel, now Renaissance Reno Downtown Hotel, in the middle of August 2016. This has been an incredible change and one of the best decisions of her career.

Jeromy Manke is the Human Resources Business Partner for Reliable Management Solutions, a third-party logistics company, where he oversees the HR team. Jeromy joined the board of YPN to give back to an organization that provides meaningful engagement to young professions. He serves on the Twenty Under 40 and Professional Development committees. With a commitment to volunteer work, Jeromy also serves in the following roles: President of Build Our Center, Inc., a 501(c)3, non-profit organization, which runs Northern Nevada’s only LGBT community center; Chair of Northern Nevada Pride, since it’s launch in 2014; and, Diversity Director for the Northern Nevada Human Resources Association (NNHRA). Jeromy and his husband, Brian Jensen, opened Jensen & Co. Salon in 2016.

Before he moved to the area in November 2016, he spent three years working for the Frederick Keys in Maryland as the Director of Sponsorship and radio broadcaster. He started his career with the Eau Claire Express of the collegiate Northwoods Baseball League as the team's Director of Broadcasting and Media Sales. In Maryland, Raftery was the Co-Char of the Generation Connect Young Professionals Group and was responsible for overseeing fundraisers, yearly events, and monthly networking. He is originally from Brick, N.J.
