Johnny has served in leadership roles for the Builders Association of Northern Nevada, the Associated General Contractors of America, the Northern Nevada Human Resources Association, is a Past President of the Reno-Tahoe Young Professionals Network, and the Northern Nevada Awards Director for the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve. Johnny also won Twenty Under Forty in 2020.

Johnny prides himself in being a connector. Understanding that people are the key to success in life, business, and happiness, he strives to make new friends and serve others. A self-proclaimed “network-KING”, his goal at any event is to make newcomers feel welcome and put people in touch with someone in the room who can add value to their life.
