Seating at the Event
Seating in the “Open Seating Table Sections” will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

For guaranteed seating, we offer Table Sponsorships. Sponsorship options include:

• Full Tables: Seating for 10 guests (please ensure your finalist is seated at one of these spots).
• Half Tables: Seating for 5 guests please ensure your finalist is seated at one of these spots).

Table sponsors will enjoy prime seating near the stage, with exclusive recognition through your company’s logo displayed on the table and throughout the event along with the opportunity to recognize your Finalist via a full page or half page program ad. (Ads due back to YPN no later than 1/10/2025)

Schedule:

·  Doors Open: 5:30 PM (Check-in is will-call style)

·  Dinner: Served from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM

·  Program Start: 6:45 PM

Check-In: Your guests can check in by providing the name of your company or family at the check-in section. They should look for the table reserved with your company logo for seating.

Dress Code: Business professional or date night out attire – enjoy the evening while taking in the beautiful venue.

Food & Beverage: Dinner and beer or wine are included with your sponsorship, thanks to the generous supporters of this event. Please note that our bartenders are volunteering their time, so tips are greatly appreciated. Kindly remember, there is no ATM on-site, so plan accordingly.
