Project Description

Brianna Bullentini, Founder of RAWBRY and Scratch BRIANNA BULLENTINI is an experiential and architectural designer with a passion and focus of development strategy that builds community. After living all over the world, Brianna moved back to her hometown of Reno in 2014 to spearhead the reimaginationof Reno’s old Downtown Post Office. Leading the design andprogramming, she transformed the historical building into an urban underground marketplace called The Basement, which has since become a beacon of the ‘new Reno.’ She took one of the spaces herself to open her first business, RAWBRY. RAWBRY is an alternative lifestyle brand and cold-pressed juice bar. When The Basement was complete shefurther led redevelopment of Downtown Reno by bringing West Elm to the area, which was the first national retailer in downtown Reno in over 30 years. Recently, she single-handedly brought UberEatsto the Reno market as well. Working very closely with The City Of Reno on different policies and initiatives, Brianna was asked tobe one of three leaders of the Downtown Development Board, as well as one of nine on the Reno Tahoe International Airport Boardthis past year. Her efforts of change got her an invite to give a TEDtalk on ‘design as problem solving’ in 2015, on top of earning the ‘Visionary of the Year’ award in 2016 by EDAWN.
