Carissa Bradley is a Grants and Community Program Analyst for Washoe County’s Community Reinvestment Division. She’s responsible for administering federal recovery money to community-based organizations and securing additional funding to address long-term community needs. Carissa is passionate about creating innovative and effective solutions for community problems which has inspired her lifelong commitment to public service. She is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno, where she received her bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science and obtained Masters of Public Administration degree from the University of Southern California Price School of Public Policy. Carissa is a fierce advocate for women’s rights, climate resilience, and good government. In her free time, she enjoys exploring the beautiful Sierra Nevada with her rescue dog Finn.
