David is a corporate attorney with Fennemore Craig who focuses his practice on assisting entrepreneurs with legal issues that arise during the formation, financing, and operational phases of a business. He counsels business owners in understanding their risks, effectively solving legal problems, and designing strategies to structure and capitalize on opportunities. David was named the “Technology Advocate of the Year” by NCET, and recently received the Northern Nevada Business Weekly Readers’ Choice Best in Business Award in the category of Nevada Innovators (Problem Solvers). Beyond David’s passion for helping businesses, David enjoys working with local organizations that support Reno’s youth. To this end, David has served as a board member for the Women and Children’s Center of the Sierra, Safe Kids of Washoe County, and mentored a young boy in the Big Brother Big Sister program since 2011.
