Alyson is the Program Director at Quest Counseling and Consulting, Inc., a local Community Certified Behavioral Health Center in Reno, Nevada. She is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor. She is passionate about the field of behavioral health. She has experience working with diverse populations and specializes in working with pregnant women and new moms. She is committed to the betterment of the community and is dedicated to helping individuals and their families in Northern Nevada.
Alyson is a current PhD candidate in Counselor Education and Supervision at Oregon State University. She continues to contribute to the field of behavioral health through research, education, and advocacy. She is expected to graduate in June of 2024. She currently teaches at various universities throughout the United States, including the University of Nevada, Reno, on topics such as substance use disorders, mental health treatment, and training future professional counselors.
