Camie Cragg-Lyman founded CCF in 2011. A Galena High School graduate, Cragg- Lyman, now 35, started CCF after an opportunity to run another gym fell through. Her inspiration came from training with mentor, Max McManus, after a freak accident broke her back at 15 years old. She was told that if she had more muscle around her spine the break would not have happened. She used the information to become a stronger woman, high school athlete, collegiate athlete, NSL Pro Beach Bikini athlete and now personal trainer, mom of two boys and wife. Throughout her journey to CCF, Camie has approached each career move with the same passion and vigor in which she runs CCF now. She puts emotion, passion and energy towards everyone and everything around her. Camie Cragg-Lyman is extremely involved in the community, speaking about goal setting, nutrition and small business success. Through CCF she created the CamUNITY program, which brings people together in times of tragedy. Raising more than $135,522 to date, 100 percent of which is donated. The goal of CamUNITY is to give back in a monetary way, but also to bring support and love during a devastating time. In addition, the CCF team sponsors people and organizations in our community including the Reno Rodeo Queens and University of Nevada-Reno Cheerleaders. Cragg-Lyman is a graduate of Dominican University College and in addition to owning and training at CCF, currently serves as a lululemon Ambassador and Project C founder. Project C is an online and onsite training to help others find the confidence to take the chance, to make the choice, to be the change they deserve.
