Carissa Bradley is the Strategic Initiatives Manager for the City of Reno, leading the organization’s strategic planning and performance management program using data to drive decision-making. Before this, Carissa administered Washoe County’s $91 million in federal recovery funds and provided grants to over 100 community programs and projects. Carissa received a Master of Public Administration from the University of Southern California and a bachelor’s in Environmental Science from the University of Nevada, Reno, where she proudly serves on the Alumni Association Council. Carissa is passionate about Reno and crafting opportunities for community members to engage.
