Courtney started her career in Human Resources where she earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification. This foundation lead her to specialize in employee benefits. As an Employee Benefits Consultant for AssuredPartners Consulting, she helps companies ensure they are receiving the highest possible return on their premium dollar investment and creates strategies to take their benefits to a higher performing level. Courtney is one of the top consultants on the west coast for new business sales for 2019 with over $200k in new business.
Courtney is the current President of the Northern Nevada Human Resource Association (NNHRA) and the President of DisruptHR Reno. She is the Race Director for the Polio Purple Pinkie Trail Run and is a member of the Rotary Club of Reno Centennial Sunset. Courtney is also on the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northern Nevada, sitting on two committees and has been a big sister for over 5 years. Courtney is a member of the Reno-Tahoe Young Professionals Network.
