Tiffany serves as General Counsel for the largest trade association in the State with over 18,000 members, committed to protecting, promoting and preserving our communities and advocating for private property rights, including the rights of all homeowners in the state of Nevada. Tiffany provides complex legal analysis of laws, rulings and regulations on issues facing Nevada REALTORS®, on a local, state and national level. During Legislative Session, Tiffany strategically presents arguments on a multitude of issues including protection of private property rights– helping shape Nevada law and distinguishes herself in-house real estate association community as a speaker on regional panels. Tiffany has an advisory position to the Board of Directors and committees including Bylaws and Policy, Legislative, Legal Action Fund, NV RPAC, PSF and LAA. Under Tiffany’s direction, the Nevada REALTORS® Leadership Academy has flourished cultivating leaders for the future of the real estate profession.
Tiffany has always been committed to community service. She has served as a Committee Chair for the Young Lawyer’s Section of the Nevada State Bar educating students on the legal process and a Board Member for Young Professionals Committee for Big Brothers Big Sisters. She serves as on the BOD as director at large for the Nevada chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel and was recently named Top 20 Most Powerful Women in Sierra Nevada. Tiffany’s path to becoming an attorney has been interesting. She has been an Anheuser-Busch beer school graduate, NASCAR pit spokesperson, PGA tour liaison, production assistant on a major TV show and a secret service staffer who helped guard President Bush, Sr., who shared his red licorice with her. Her favorite moments in life are those spent with her family and friends especially her amazing husband Garrett and toddlers Beckett and Brooklyn.
