Lance has earned many distinctions in his National Guard Career, flying missions in many countries. He also is the owner of Custom Truck Accessories, a local business with 7 stores and more than 30 employees. He was instrumental in founding Reno’s first TEDx event and constantly finds ways to give back to this community.
