Leads global implementations, including a transformational, $150M three-year project to convert the supply chain from physical to digital in support of the Windows 8 launch
Supports North and South America revenues for Microsoft’s commercial business (over $40B), ensuring on time processing and provisioning
Serves as: o Active alumni of UNR’s Upward Bound program, offering college prep services and support to first-generation, income-qualified students
o Mentor and role model to participants in Microsoft Reno’s Annual DigiGirlsz Day
o Leads Operations Division of Microsoft’s annual company-wide employee Giving Campaign which annually raises $1.2M for charities
